The Important Stuff!
The price of our new Super Sampler CD is $5.00.
I am not using an "Order Form" for the Super Sampler CD.
Instead, just follow the instructions below, and your CD will be in the mail the same day you order, and you should receive it within 2 or 3 working days.
Send me an EMail as follows:
EMail Address = yesteryear51@aol.com
Suggest subject be: "Super Sampler CD".
Text should be something like:
"Please Send me your Super Sampler CD.
My Name is: John Doe
1000 Main St. Podunk Center, FL, 55555
Address an Envelope to:
Kenneth J. Rutan
64 Barry Ct.
Mount Dora, FL 32757
In the envelope, enclose the same information as above plus a Check, Money Order, or (preferably) Cash for $5.00 US. Dollars.
Don't be afraid to send cash. Just fold it in a sheet of paper with the same information as above.
Mail Your Cash. Check, or Money Order in U.S. Dollars to:
