OTR CD-ROM Instructions
These CDs will play in any computer with a CD-Rom drive. Insert the CD. An Atwater Kent antique radio will magically appear on your screen. Just for the heckuvit, browse your mouse over the center radio dial! Neat? The picture below shows the functionsof the knobs. Study it for a minute, then continue.

OK, let's continue. The lower left hand knob is an on/off switch. Its only real function is to close the program.
The upper center (tuning) knob when clicked brings up a Menu from which to choose individual programs to play. By clicking on the Program list you may play any single program you select.
The Right hand knob is the most complex. When you browse your mouse over it, a Playlist box comes up. Click it to go to the Playlist menu. From this screen you may make your own Playlists. You will have to create your own Playlists since they are dependant on the Drive Letter of your CD-Rom Drive.
To make a Playlist, enter the Playlist Menu as above. Select the Directory where you would like to store your Playlists. The default is C:\My Documents. Use it unless you have a reason to place your Playlists elsewhere. Using Windows Explorer, Drag and Drop the .mp3 Files you wish to include in your Playlist from Windows Explorer to the Playlist Menu. Then Click Save. Enter a File Name for your Playlist, and Click Save again.. Really quite easy once you do it a time or two.

THATS IT! Have fun!
OOPS! I slopped over on to second page, so I may as well verbalize a bit. - - What is OTR? A new breakthrough Technology! It has been discovered that you do not have to watch something to be entertained! Think of all the things you can do if you are not glued down!
And: some simple Math. An Audio CD costs at least 10 bucks, new stuf muchf more! They play for about 30 Minutes + or - 3minutes. Our CDs play for an average of 10 Hours + or - a little (Thats 600 Minutes) This is equivalent to 20 Audio CD's! 20 X $10.00 = $200.00 for the same play time.! A pretty good value for $5.00??!!
